If you would like to make a comment about what we do there are several methods to do this:
•Talking with or emailing your supporter directly
•Providing anonymous feedback via our feedback survey here
•Completing a survey issued three times a year to all students
We welcome comments about positive experiences as well as any feedback that will help us to make mentoring more effective
If you would like to make a complaint, please email us on contact@bridgementoring.co.uk
Please make sure you include your name and contact details and title your email 'complaint'. We will respond within 3 working days informing you of our next actions and timescales.
Bridge Mentoring takes your feedback seriously and will always aim to improve the service by considering your feedback.
If you are dissatisfied with our response you can request that your complaint is reviewed again, and we do this within 14 days.
If you feel Bridge Mentoring is unable respond to your feedback satisfactorily you can contact your Disability Advisor at your university’s Student Services Department or the Student Loans Company by following this link -
