Bridge’s approach to transition mentoring support emphasises empathy, individualised support, and a focus on clients holistic well-being. We work from a Social Model of Disability, and regularly attend CPD to ensure we are serving our community in the best possible manner.
We prioritise creating a comfortable and open environment for clients to discuss their needs, recognising and acknowledging the difficulty neurodivergent individuals could face when seeking help. At Bridge, our person-centered and holistic approach ensures that each client receives tailored support based on their unique strengths and challenges.
